How to Return Your Order

1Find your prepaid return label
It was included in the box when your order arrived. It's a FedEx label, ready to use.

2Pack the printer securely
Use the original packaging if you kept it. Otherwise any sturdy box with adequate padding works fine.

3Attach the label & drop off
Stick the label on the outside and drop it at any FedEx location or FedEx drop box. No scheduling needed.

4Receive your full refund
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Item?
If your printer arrives damaged, contact us immediately with a video clearly showing the issue (video is required — photos are not accepted for damage claims). Once we verify the damage we will arrange a return using your included prepaid FedEx label. A replacement or full refund will be issued once we receive the unit back. If you received the wrong item entirely, contact us and we'll resolve it at no cost to you.
